Welcome to Our Organization
Wyoming AMTA is an all-volunteer organization whose core mission is to serve members while advancing the art, science, and practice of massage therapy.
We understand that massage therapists may be busier than ever, and we want to support therapists in whatever phase of their career they are in.
We have learned that new members want connection, long-time members want purpose, students want mentorship & community, and busy massage therapists want value and convenience.
Meet Your Board
Thea Dawn - President
Rachael Wetzel - Board Member
Lorianne Ellingrod - Board Member
This is Lorianne’s second term serving on the board. It has been 10 years since she last served, and much has changed.
She graduated in 2014 with an Associate of Applied Science from the Sheridan College of Massage Therapy Program. She enjoys being a permanent student, holds a BS & MS, and is working on credits to apply to a professional school.
Since graduation, she has lived in both the northern and southern halves of the state, practicing privately and for clinics. Her time at the Spine Injury Clinic of Laramie afforded her the opportunity to focus on clinical work, and she has since built her practice around treating neck and shoulder injuries.
Presently, Lorianne enjoys living and working in Rawlings, WY, with her husband, two beautiful daughters, and four animals. She is looking forward to serving the great state of Wyoming and our fabulous profession in any way that she can as a board member.
Financial Admin: Christine Foster
